This survey practice was first registered as RJ Donaldson and Associates Limited in 1979 and from that time on has been active in its own offices situated in the centre of Kerikeri, Bay of Islands, New Zealand.

The operating name of DONALDSONS was adopted in 2000 to reflect the increasing involvement of the two family sons having graduated from Otago University and then in April 2009 the company was renamed to Donaldson’s Surveyors Limited for the same reasons.

Specialist skills within the company include Survey Grade Spatial Data Capture, Land Transfer surveys, District and Regional Plan consent applications, land development projects, topographic detail surveys, and Civil Engineering Design. DONALDSONS utilise the latest hardware and software and their staff are fully trained and proficient with these tools which enable fast and efficient data transfer resulting in cost effective Survey Grade Data for their clients.

DONALDSONS are located in the heart of Kerikeri upstairs above the ANZ Bank building (as shown in the picture below) with client parking behind the building.
