We prepare comprehensive Assessments of Environmental Effects (AEE’s), coordinating and reviewing technical assessments from specialist consultants where required. These may address matters such as geotechnical stability, erosion, ecology, wastewater disposal, coastal and amenity effects, stormwater management, flood risk, building site coverage, and hardstand areas. We also assess reverse sensitivity effects and ensure alignment with relevant objectives and policies under applicable planning provisions, resulting in a thorough, well-integrated, and robust AEE.
